For the first time I have got the opportunity to come to Boston. I had heard the name but I did not have the opportunity to come over here. Everything is regulated by the Supreme Lord. Whatever He desires will be fulfilled. We may have innumerable desires. But the Supreme Lord does not fulfill them all. It is the fortune of the devotees here that Sanjay Das Prabhu became an instrument to bring us here. Whatever is done by the Supreme Lord is all good. It is for the eternal benefit of all – not one sided business. You will be benefited, and we will be benefited too.

Today is a very auspicious day. I have never been outside India for this ceremony. This is for the first time. It is Krishna’s desire. I was on tour in different countries of Europe and England and I returned immediately as I had to go to Puri to participate in Jagannath Dev’s Ratha Yatra festival. We have got a big math there, the holy birth-cite of Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Thakur, the founder of Sree Chaitanya Math, Gaudiya Math organizations. He is the original founder. Actually Original founder is Bhaktivinode Thakur. By his direction our paramgurudev Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur spread this message of Sree Chaitanya Mahaprabhu to all corners of the globe. Our gurudev used to go to Vrindavan during this time on Baladeva’s advent- holy advent anniversary and to participate in Radha Govinda jiu’s Jhulan Yatra, (swinging ceremony). We also go there, almost every year. But this time when I came back from my tour I was informed that this is the program. I do not make any program – program of preaching tour outside India is the responsibility of Satish Agarwal, Swarup damodar Das from Delhi. What you’ll eat? It is outside place, there is no time and you cannot adjust. (speaking about people, who told that it will be difficult for Srila Gurudev to adjust in foreign countries.) But you have to go outside now. It is Lord’s desire. Our important member, Governing Body Member, residing in Vrindavan Math repeatedly insisted my coming to Vrindavan during swinging ceremony. What could I do? Everything was decided at the last moment. It is Lord’s desire. Please forgive me. I pray to Him if I have committed any offence, please forgive me.

All pastimes of Baladev, who is the descended form of the Supreme Lord Sri Krishna, are eternal. I should not use the word “incarnation”. There are some words in Hindi and Sanskrit, which do not have any appropriate expression in English, like ‘incarnation’. ‘Incarnation’ as per dictionary meaning; can also be applicable to human beings, enslaved jivas. As I have seen in its usage examples. But the transcendental, All Spiritual Form, Absolute Existence, Absolute Knowledge, Absolute Bliss – Purna Sac-cid-ananda vigraha, descends. There are infinite brahmandas, not only this planet, Infinite living beings, this solar system, infinite transcendental realms, Vaikunthas; everything of the Supreme Lord is infinite because He is infinite. Nobody can comprehend. If you can comprehend then the Supreme Lord will loose His absolute infinite position.

The glories of the Supreme Lord descend upon us according to the degree of our submission unto His Lotus feet. But that is not the end. Nobody can say “I have fully realized.” This is ignorance. He is infinite.

jananta eva janantu kim bahuktya na me prabho
manaso vapuso vaco vaibhavam tava go-carah

……………………. The king of knowledge ……………. …………………….. Brahma, in his prayers to Krishna has said, “If anybody says I have realized, I have known everything that is not possible. I could not understand His personal associates, the cowherd boys what to speak of Krishna. I committed a great offence by lifting them along with their calves when they were about to eat. Nobody can know the infinite fully anytime or with any kind of effort. If he knows then the Supreme Lord infinite will lose his infinite position. It always will remain incomplete. So suddha bhaktas are always humble. They have no vanity because they know “what we have known, what we have realized is nothing.” Narada Goswami, anantadev sesh bhagavan has been uttering the name of Krishna from infinite time until now. He cannot finish the taste of the transcendental sweetness of Krishna’s glories. It always remains fresh. It never becomes stale. And Baladev, His pastimes are eternal as we heard from our guru varga in true consideration, in true sense. There are infinite brahmandas. Now Baladeva appeared in this brahmanda in this world. After his appearance and his childhood pastimes, the pastimes of pauganda comes. Pauganda means age between childhood and adolescence. Then adolescent age and after that ……………. all these are lilas, one pastimes finishes here, immediately he starts another. So all the lilas are eternal, Eternally going on. Eternally, infinite. In this sense Baladeva’s appearance, advent anniversary and advent celebrations are eternal. In another sense, His appearing in the sanctified heart of a pure devotee, is His appearance too. We do not know whom he will bless. Nobody can do anything without His knowledge. We think ourselves “I am a great devotee” but fruits are regulated by the Supreme Lord. Fruits are not in our hands. I’ll tell you something that I’ve heard from my gurudev and other guruvarga. I did not have any opportunity io see Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur . I joined the institution in 1947 just after my academic education at the age of 24. So I did not have opportunity to see our param gurudev .He did set his holy foot prints in our place, but at that time I was very young; I can not remember. Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur was always performing bhajan, always speaking harikatha. His own servitor, Sajjananda maharaj, though he was not a sannyasi yet everybody addressed him as sajjananda maharaj, he was a brahmachari, served our param gurudev with a vow, with great earnest of service. So everybody respected him. Now, one person, very qualified in wordly sense, double MA degree, took sannyas from our param gurudev, Nitalila Pravista Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur, but he did not know the devotional conclusions. He joined the institution and was given tridanda sannyas. He had the desire to know pure devotional conclusive thoughts. Many stalwarts of Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur were delivering speeches and numerous devotees used to come. Ban Goswami Maharaj and elder god brothers of our Gurudeva, Goswami Maharaj, Sridhar Dev Goswami Maharaj and Keshav Goswami Maharaj. Now we find that only Srila Santa Goswami Maharaj and Srila Trivikrama Maharaj are present with us and both of them are very old. Now that educated (I do not remember his name) who had taken sanayas approached his gurudev, Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur and said, “I have joined the institution. I do not have the actual knowledge of devotional conclusive thoughts, philosophy of Chaitanya Mahaprabhyou’s school of thought. I cannot request you as you are doing so much, you always have too many duties to perform. You have got so many stalwart figures. If I approach them myself they will say they don’t have time, but if you order them, one of them will spend some time to teach me bhagavat dharma, pure devotion.” Then our param gurudev told him, “Do you seriously want to know suddha bakti siddanta, pure devotional conclusions? If it is true, then you go to Ram das who is working in the garden and looking after the cows.” An outsider would think this person is just a servant of the institution, how can he know pure devotional conclusions? But our param gurudev sent him to that person. Sitting in his own small room Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur could understand that Ramdas was a sincere soul and was performing bhajan sincerely from the core of his heart without any ulterior desires in the mind. The Supreme Lord and his Absolute counter part Gurudev are omniscient. Nobody can do any thing against their desire. They know everything. They may not say. If they start saying then the new entrants, neophytes will be puzzled, “Oh! Guru maharaj is detecting our defects. How can we stay here? Thinking in this way they will not say. As that educated person approached Ramadas in the garden, he was astounded thinking “I have never seen him speaking in any meeting. There are so many stalwart figures my most revered guru dev could have mentioned their names. This servant is never seen speaking. What will he teach me?” But he was forced to go to him as it was his gurudev’s order. Else he would commit offence at the lotus feet of his gurudev. Unwillingly he went there and paid obeisance to him. “Why you are paying obeisance to me, I am an ordinary person, you should not do this.” “No, I approached Srila gurudev as wanted to know bhagavat dharma, bhakti dharma and prayed to him to please direct me to one of your competent disciples or sannyasis”. He said if you want to know sincerely then I should see you. “But I have never seen you speaking in any meeting.” Ram das prabhuji said, “So that is why you have come to me, but I am an illiterate person. I cannot give any evidence from the scriptures. You can see I am only serving the cows and working in the garden. You have committed a mistake. Go to person who is competent enough to explain you about the Bhakti Siddanta,” So he returned. After some days he went to gurudev again and said , “please direct me to your prominent ,competent sanyasi, so that he can teach me.” “I directed to you go to Ramdas. Didn’t you go there?”. He replied, “Ram Das said, “I don’t know anything”. Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur was very much dissatisfied. “He knows everything. You go there and ask him.” Because our Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur knew his mind, what he wanted. He wanted to deliver speech in the meeting and get name and fame from the conditioned souls of the world like others are getting. That is not the purpose of suddha bhakti. Suddha bhakti’s target is to satisfy Krishna and His devotees, the absolute counter part of the Supreme Lord. No other desire, intention should be there. Therefore, Srila Bhakti Siddhant Saraswati Goswami Thakur told him, “if you actually want sudha bhakit and you are sincere, go to Ram das and hear from him then you will get bhakti. Then you will know what is bhakti siddanta. This is a fact. Not a story. Then he again went to Ramdas and paid obeisances and said “Our gurudev became dissatisfied, please tell me Bhakti siddhatanta.” Ramdas said, “I do not know Sanskrit verse.” But what is this garden? It isn’t a garden of the wordly persons for their wordly purposes. This garden belongs to Sri Sri Gur Gauranga Gandharvika Giridhari jiu. Whatever we grow here is offered to Them. That Prasad is then served to gurudev and other vaishnavas. The cows are very dear to Krishna and I have been fortunate enough to get this opportunity to serve them. Their milk will be offered to Sri Sri Radha-Krishna and that Prasad will be served to Gurudev and Vaishnavas. You see I cannot give any evidence from the scripture. Where did you get this body from? You got it from the external potency of the Supreme Lord. He is the lord, owner of all kinds of opulence and potencies. This body is the outcome of His external potency. Your potency works for you. My potency works for me. The potency of the Supreme Lord should work for HIM. You are the part of His potency. You are the servant of the servants of servants of servants of the Supreme Lord. This body belongs to the Supreme Lord, not to you. You are not the owner of this body. According to gita -

bhumir apo ’nalo vayu kham mano buddhir eva ca

ahaìkara itiyam me bhinna prakatir añöadha

.Aparayam- from the apara potency (material energy) this is where you got this body from. You have got no hold over your body. You cannot enjoy it. This body is to be dedicated to service of the Supreme Lord, this belongs to Him, not you. It is the product of His potency. And your subtle body also comes from tha apara potency according to Bhagwad-Gita. He is the owner of apara potency and how can you be the owner of somebody else’s product? HE is the owner of all living beings of this world. Your body, subtle body and your real self, none of these belongs to you.

apareyam itas tv anyam prakatim viddhi me param

jiva-bhutam maha-baho yayedam dharyate jagat

The real self is the outcome of the spiritual energy. Para potency, superior potency, & internal energy of Krishna will be dominated and enjoyed by Krishna. We are not the enjoyers or master. This garden, these cows and everything belongs to Krishna. So we have to engage our sense organs, mind, words for the service of Krishna. In this kaliyuga you should utter the holy name, the mahamantra. Ramdas was working in the garden and growing vegetable, looking after the cows etc and along with that always uttering Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare….. very sincerely. These cows are very dear to Krishna and he was tending them for Krishna’s service. If the target is noble, an ordinary person will not understand but Krishna will… who is sincere, who is not sincere and He’ll give the fruit; not all these worldly people. He is regulating the fruits. karmany evadhikaras te ma phalesu kadacana. You can do action but you have got no hold over the fruits. Why you are so worried if you’ll get proper judgement or not. Why should you worry? Will the human beings give fruits? Fruits are controlled by the Supreme Lord. What is the use of being stupid. You try to do your own duty with your focus on the target, that target is satisfaction of Krishna, His personal associates and nothing else. You should not lose the mark. If you lose the mark everything will be lost. “We are of Krishna, from Krishna and by Krishna”. We should remain for Krishna. Fruit will be given by the Supreme Lord. You should see your own defects. Don’t try to see defects in others. If you always speak about defects of others, you only pollute your mind with all those evil thoughts. What benefit will you get? See your own defects and try to see qualities in others. Human being may have defects but they are sure to have good qualities too. As you know swan (hamsa) has the capacity to extract the milk from the mixture of water and milk. It takes out the substance of milk leaving aside the bad quality. Similarly vaishnavas, they are paramahamsa. They take the good qualities of others. They do not see our bad qualities. Only the vaishnavas and gurudev have got compassion out of affection for the conditioned souls of the world for their good, for their eternal welfare. Sometimes we may say that you should not do this, but that compassion is rarely to be found. Only sincerely soul can get that. That compassion is there. Guru governs and regulates the disciples, but we should have the eligibility to be regulated. But guru also neglects those who have got vanity, who have got no submission to vaishnavas. I have seen our Vaikhanas maharaj, Vaikhanas maharaj was the sannyas guru of our gurudev and our Puri Goswami Maharaj and others, very learned vaishnava. He belonged to Orissa. He was speaking in Mayapur in Oriya language. Oriya language is identical to bangali and some people, were asking questions and he was answering them. When he saw that some of them were not serious to worship Krishna. They were only asking to substantiate their own mental feelings and had no desire to accept. Then he did not answer them, only smiled. Eventually they stopped asking. There should be sincerity. Insincere person, hypocrites cannot get eternal welfare. God is impartial. He is complete. Nobody can bribe him. You can bribe these worldly people, judges and magistrates and get the judgment changed accordingly. But the person who will bribe, that bribe is also within Krishna. And that person is within Krishna too. Nothing is outside Krishna, not even a particle of dust. How they can bribe? He is complete. Nobody can bribe and get his judgment altered. He knows everything, He is omniscient, He is thinking and watching everything and regulating the fruits. Why should you think about this? Try. Do bhajan by your own wish… Here, if we can get the grace of Baladeva all these ulterior motives will be removed. I already spoke about this in the morning. I do not want to repeat that. Baladev appeared as son of Rohini Devi on this day by Krishna’s direction. Yoga maya, the internal spiritual energy of Sri Krishna attracted the womb of devaki, brought it and placed it in another wife of vasudev,Rohini devi in gokul mahavan. Thus Baladeva prabhu appeared from Rohini devi. He is actually Rohini nandan not devaki nandan. Since he attracted the garba( womb). His other name became Sankarsan. Garbha sankarshanat sankarshan. Balasraya balabhadra (very powerful), He is the presiding deity of existence. He is the preserver, sustainer and expansion of whatever we see, sa sandhini saktimaya vigraha… this is prominent in Baladeva. He is all powerful, the strongest. Nobody is equal to him. In the spiritual region everything of Sri Krishna’s service whatever it may be , is all spiritual, ,nothing is material there. His flute can speak and word can speak and take initiative. Sinhasan, (the thrown) can speak. His cloths can speak. There is nothing matter. Can you imagine….. absolute spiritual ! When absolute spiritual is there, only ananda (bliss) is there. A small boy, both of his parents love him so much “ah! Very beautiful, you see. How long? As long as that sac-cid-ananda atma is there, conscious principle is there. When that conscious principle atma(soul) leaves this body, you can chemically keep it for long time and that dead body as it is now, if it is now taken to his parents. Will they be happy to see him? “Oh take him , have him…” . “oh!… I don’t want.” “But he is your beloved child.” No, the child who was speaking is not there, You can see the body. So take the body. The entity that was giving them that happiness is absent. This consciousness even exists in birds, in a parrot, in a cat but remains enveloped by gross and subtle energy, yet that experience of blissful existence is there. And as it leaves the body, the dead body cannot be cause of happiness, it will be cause of unhappiness, sorrow, suffering by seeing, everybody says take away, take away, I do not want to see it. The real person is gone. As long as the particle of consciousness exists in the body it gives bliss. As it leaves, it’s a dead body. ………. And the cause of this all infinite particles of conscious units is the Supreme Lord. You see so many particles of the rays of the sun. where do they all come from? From the sun. and the sun is sustaining and maintaining them all. In your own room you’ll find so many ants are there, so many worms are there, you, only 2-3 persons are human being. All trees have got life. Jagadish Bosh proved plants have life. These particles of conscious units, where are they coming from? Nothing cannot be cause of something. Devoid of consciousness cannot be cause of consciousness.

Yato va imani bhutani jayante yena jatani jivanti yat prayanty abhisam-visanti tad brahma tad vijijïasasva 

All the jivas come from Krishna. They are maintained by Krishna. They are in Krishna and by Krishna. They should go to Krishna. Krishna is the absolute conscious substance, absolute bliss, infinite bliss. Our requirement is Krishna and Krishna’s personal associates, they are also spiritual. In transcendental realm, spiritual realm, nothing is matter there. No past or future, only present. Everything is eternal. Atma (soul) cannot be destroyed. So all the real selves are real there. Real realization of real relation with Supreme Lord. He is the only enjoyer or master. No other enjoyer or master. Aham hi sarva yajyanam bhota ca prabhur eva ca, I am the only master. And there is no other purusa, He himself only. Others are dominated and enjoyed by him. They are parts of his potency. They are not enjoyer or master. So in that transcendental realm there cannot be any quarrel or fight. Why?. center of interest is one, all the servitors attention is Krishna’s satisfaction, there is no other interest. Different love relations are there in serving Krishna. There is no other target. If center of interest is one there cannot be any clash. If there are different centers of interest, clash is inevitable. If you draw one circle by taking one center, another with another centre, the circumference will cross. But if there is only one center, circles may bigger or smaller but there will be no crossing over. Some may serve more, some may serve less but their target is the same. There in vaikuntha dham, in goloka vrindavan there cannot be any clashing but we have come to this world to regain our lost relationship with Lord Krishna. We have got this misconception of self that I am the enjoyer. We are ‘lilliput’ Krishna, ‘lilliput’ you know?  Everybody wants to enjoy this world. Because of their forgetfulness about their relationship with the Supreme Lord, Sri Krishna. They have become averse, thus illusory energy has enveloped them. Everybody is trying to enjoy others. So there is clash everywhere. in the families, society and all the countries. There will be clash in everything because there are different centers of interest. But there in Goloka Vrindavan there is no possibility of any clash. He is the only master. He the only Purusa. We are not purusa, we are prakriti. For that reason, if we need to get the grace of Baladeva. Krishna took the form of Baladeva to give us this knowledge as guru because He has got affection for all conditioned souls of this world. Krishna does not warn, regulate or punish but Baladeva does. You see it in Baladev’s lilas. Baladev killed Pralambasura and dhenukasura. What is an asur(demon)? Pralambasur, what does it mean? When Krishna grew up, Krishna gopastami was perfomed after that at the age of 10 years Nand Maharaj engaged him to tend the cows. He was big enough to tend the cows now. Earlier He used to look after the calves only. If you go to braja mandal parikrama , you’ll see Bhandirvan, the forest of Krishna and all His playmates. This world is a perverted reflection of the spiritual world. When you do not worship Krishna as your master you want to enjoy this world. Krishna sent us to this prison house to get non-eternal masters and non-eternal servants. There will be separation grief. You do not want to serve Krishna as friend, go there you will get non eternal friendship relation. Your attachment will be more and at the separation you will be more grief- stricken. You do not want to worship me as son, go to this world and get non eternal sons. When there will be separation in this relationship of son and father, you will feel extreme grief. The more the attachment to non-eternal relations, the more will be the sufferings. If you do not want to worship me as husband, you go there, you’ll get non eternal husband. All relations are with Krishna. When we do not want to serve him then this world is the perverted reflection of that Vaikuntha. There highest is the gopi prema, here it is the lowest. Because here with this, we know I am this body and bodily enjoyment… for this reason we are being attached to this gopi prema …This prema here in this world is mostly lust….. heinous. There the lowest is santa rasa. When we become indifferent, remain indifferent to Krishna. But here neutrality is the highest. Because all the relations are non eternal. Those who are neutral they are very wise. But there neutrality is the lowest. Perverted reflection. A tree is reflected in the water, you’ll find just the opposite, reverse. If you see your figure in the looking glass right hand become left hand. Actual left side will become right side. Reverse. You see. Like that. Reflection, all relations are with the Supreme Lord Sri Krishna. Baladeva did many lilas with His eternal associates, confidants and bosom friends. They used have so much fun dancing , singing, and playing so many games that they used to forget everything. When the small children are at play they forget everything. They also forgot. Mother used to go there. “ye!! Krishna take food ye!!!” “No I want to play” “eye!!!” like this. Children have got this sort of habit. They get so much absorbed in play, in playing games and all sorts of dancing and singing that they forgot just everything. The cows were free to move independently, nobody was there to look after them.Now Krishna and Baladeva are playing a game with their friends .Krishna is the leader of one party and Baladeva of another. What is the game? If anybody defeats the other party’s devotee that defeated devotee will have to carry the winner on his shoulder. Just in the beginning of the game Krishna was defeated. By whom? ..by Sudama and Rishabh was defeated by Bhadrasen. Both belonged to Balarama’s party…they defeated Krishna. Krishna had to carry his friend sudama on the shoulder. This is an evidence of vraja prema. There is no majestic aspect. When sudama ascended and climbed upon on the shoulder of Krishna his feet were touching Krishna. Is it bhakti? What is this bhakti? Krishna was very glad carrying his devotee on His shoulder. Sweetness of vraja prema . Here Bhadrasen is carrying rishabh. Then Pralambasur, a demon (an asura )entered the game in the form of a gopa to cause nuisance. None of the gopas could not understand but Krishna could, “oh! This is a hypocrite. Alright I shall take him on my side. You come. Now that demon was defeated by Balarama. So he had to carry Balarama on his shoulder, .where is he going? Everyone became terrified. Balaram was having so much fun but soon he realised, “ oh! this is a demon. Then He gave so much burden, so much weight that demon could not fly anymore and manifested his huge form, horrible form. By seeing that Baladeva thought, “what is this? This is not gopa. All Right! my appearance is to kill the demons” and he boxed. Boxing you know. ….. he hit the demon violently and split him. The demon started vomiting blood and he died. All the demigods and all the other sages, were very happy to see that. This demon was killed in bhandirvan. What is that demon? BVT explained. That demon is in us, within us, that demon means stri-lampatya. That demons means labh, puja, pratistasa. You understood. Illicit sex connection, desire for illicit sex connection is the greatest obstacle for bhajan, the greatest. That is pralambasur. This must be killed. If that desire is there, there cannot be any bhakti. And labh, puja-pratistasa, thinking about what we are doing? Now we are holding discourses, doing kirtan and thinking how much will we be given? Yes, we will hold this discourse and speak hari kirtan but one thousand dollars should be given. Or 5000 then only we will speak. the target is dollar. That is not bhakti. Why are you asking this? Don’t you believe in Krishna.? Think ..very deeply. If I go to anybody’s house here, anybody’s, he may be a good or bad person and I stay in his house doing all kinds of services to him and demanding nothing. Taking absolute shelter to him, doing everything and demanding nothing. How long will he remain silent? He may be a rogue. Even a rogue will not be able to ignore.“he is doing all this , how can I take food without feeding him? It’s beyond Human nature. I am wearing the garments and I shall not give garments to the sheltered. How? I shall do this for him. This is the tendency of human beings that they can not ignore then what to speak of Krishna who is the owner of infinite brahmandas, vaikunthas and for his service I have to demand something from somebody…why? What for? Don’t you believe that He will sustain and maintain you? Think about it deeply. Why I shall demand? The professional chanters and speakers are not actually serving Krishna. Their target is something else. Everything will come automatically. A son of a king, he does not know, he forgets his father. He is moving on the road, begging. ”Hey! why you are begging? You are the son of king.” When he is taken to his father, “here is your son”. Once he gets his father.. is there any difficulty now?. He got everything automatically. Similarly we are the sons of the Supreme Lord, he is our sustainer and maintainer. If you take absolute shelter to him, everything will come automatically. Yogakshemam vahamy aham ..It will not cost you anything. Suddha bhkata do not take anything and the Supreme Lord wants to give. “Do you want the ownership?” Sankarshan was asking vrtrasura. ….. dhruva “No” “No.” “Then ownership of the brahmanda? you become the owner like brahma. “No!” why! what is this? I can give you whatever you want .. you want to become the owner of this world? “No” then what do you want? Owner of the nether world? “no.” …accept 18 yogic attainments. “no” what do you want? you want salvation, I can give u.” no”. samanjasa tv virahayya kankse …….I want only causeless devotion, one pointed devotion to your lotus feet and nothing else. All these are causes of bondage. These are not for your satisfaction . I do not want any of these. If he gets Krishna, everything is within him. So suddha bhaktas they are very clever. They do not accept all these. I am not saying all these things…aha if, many rich persons are there in America. why you are taking so much botheration in this math? I shall give you 100 millions of dollars. Make a good math. And stay comfortably and do bhajan. “oh! My coming to gaudiya math is successful.” I am jumping. You want …… I shall go. Now I am saying if anybody gives this then I’ll be dancing “aha”. Suddha bahkta do not want this. They always want the service of the Supreme Lord. Therefore, if there will be desire or greed for material gain then everything will be lost. These material desires for material gain or profit in this world and higher planets are non eternal benefits. That is not service to Krishna. Desire for getting worship from others, others will worship me, others will respect me. That is lobh for puja and respect. I want reverence from others, I want them to worship me . I should be the object of worship. Pratishta, name and fame. If you are running after this , you cannot get Krishna. This is pralambasur. Who will rescue us from this pralambasur? Baladeva. If you take absolute shelter of Him, He will kill this pralambasura. But actually we are afraid of taking His grace . Oh we want to it keep this name and fame... we need money. Whatever you had, you renounced and Again you are running after this? What are you here for? You have taken shelter to gurudev? If you do not serve Krishna, you’ll be indebted to your parents and others and you cannot pay them back. Parents brought you up and taught you everything. If you donot serve Krishna you’ll be indebted to them. You’ll be hurled down to this world again. You committed a sin, but if you serve Krishna you automatically pay back your debts. What purpose have we come, for money? The actual demon is within us. Lord Baladeva killed external demon but what about the demon inside who is in the form of desire for illicit sex connection, desire for debauchery(lampata), lobha (greed) for material gains, still inside us. This is the criterion to understand whether preaching is good or not…but money should come. Many building should be constructed. So much money, name and fame, that is not the target. Target should be satisfaction of Krishna. When I die ….everything will remain here. Nothing will go with us. Ambarsih maharaj, externally he was autocrat of whole world, but he had no attachment for these material things. He had the knowledge…I may lose whatever I have today. There was a rich man Surekha in Howrah. Sitaram ji mahendru became general manager of Punjab national bank. And we were acquainted with him during his marriage in Ludhiana. It was very intimate connection. He sent me to Surekha.He gave some donation to us. Next time again he said, you have become pauper, good for nothing, but in reality he became a pauper. He continued saying, “If all these things will begin I shall have to leave this place.” He saw all this worldly properties like a dream. You can become any thing in a dream, a prime minister, a minister, president.. anything But when you wake up “oh! I am now lying on the bed. Ah!” But when you are having that dream, at that time “Ah! Correct, this is truth, reality. Similarly whatever we see in this world, laughing and crying etc, everything is a dream, nothing, with no value. This property is like a lump of matter that has no value. If anybody has got this sort of enjoying spirit he’ll go to hell. He will go to inferno. he will be enveloped with the nescience. It is said, “ambariso ’bhun maha-bhagavatah krite ………………..” It is said in Ambarish Maharaj’s biography. . SB 9^th canto by Vedvyas muni. You go through... For that reason this Pralambasur should be killed. And who will rescue us?

Another asura - Dhenukasur. Do you know Dhenukasur ? Dhenukasur means gardabhasura. Physically he was like an ass. And ass you know…donkey . Ass. Formidable form…that demon had his own men in the form of ass too. He thought he was the owner of that palm era. Palm trees…. Do you have palm trees here? They have sweet aromas.. sweet scents. All the sakhas (friends) were walking with Krishna and Balarama smelt that scent, “Oh! Kannhaiya we want to eat this, seems.. very sweet, we need this.” But that asur did not allow anybody to enter. They were enjoying whole of the forest themselves. Nobody could enter there. If anybody entered, they killed. Krishna said, “Alright I will go.” But Baladeva said, no! you stay here, you are younger. I will go first.. …elder brother….Yasoda mata and Nanda maharaj always told Balarama, “you should take care of Krishna. He is younger. His intelligence is less. He is little and has got no knowledge, no sense.” So Baladev used to look after Him. This is braja prema. They see the Supreme Lord like this. Baladeva said, “you should not go. I am going.” He went into the forest of those palm era trees,  gave violent shake to the trees and so many fruits fell down “dum! Dum! Dum! dum!” on hearing that sound that kardabhasur, got very much enraged, “who has come here? Who is destroying all this? Out of wrath, indignation and with anger he gave a great kick, forcible kick on the chest of Baladeva. But Baladeva tolerated that…kept… moving on. He saw that Baladeva was still there and was not killed. That asura thought his single strike, killed everybody and this little one was still alive.. He again kicked and this time Baladeva caught hold of his feet ..Oh! Radharani? Ha ha ha! Then you see. He caught hold of his legs and revolved him.. like this. Baladeva was small but he is the Supreme Lord, all powerful. He rotated him so forcibly that,that the demon Dhenukasur was killed and Baladevaa threw his body on the trees and all the trees fell down, one after another. And all other asses ,kith and kins of that asura were killed by Baladeva . Now if you go to tal van, in that plam era tree you will not find any palm tree. Something else is grown now. New! Aan! But everything was finished. Dhenukasur was killed. who is dhenukasur? What is the significance of dhenukasur? Ass? Who is an ass? An ass has got no intelligence. Those who use the ass for carrying burdens they know that if you put less weight on their backs they will not move.. Hutt! Go! Go!. No, but when overweight them,they move. They do not understand their own interest. Ass. Those who have got no knowledge of their own self.They cannot give up their previous samskars. They are ready to take the burden of whole of the family but are not ready to worship Krishna. Let the .burden be there. whole burden ..carrying like an ass. You should think about it. You are human being. Who are you? where  have you come from? What relation have you got with the Supreme Lord? We should not be so inert like an ass. Should enquire…you have got this human birth. So this sort of ignorance about our own self and our relation with the Supreme Lord ..that ignorance…nesseince ..is the ass. That ass should be killed. How it can be killed? Baladev, gurudev can resue us. And Baladeva appeared in this world as Nityanada. Nityananda and Baladeva are same. Baladeva can do everything. Baladeva has three principle potencies, Sree, Bhu, Lila. Sree is Revati,  Bhu is Varuni and lila means his pastimes. Sree-bhu-lila. Now when Baladeva was married to kakudmi’s daughter, (Kakudmi is from  svajati, Manu’s son is Svajjati. Svajati’s son is Anardha. Anardha’s son is Revat. Revat’s son is Kakudmi who is one with surya…… the father of Vasudha &  Jahnava (Nityananda potencies).When Kukudmi approached Brahma whom shall I offer my daughter to? Then he directed to eternal potency, internal potency of Baladeva. You should offer your daughter to Baladeva. And He was married to Revati. Baladeva’s sakti is Revati. Balaram is shorter than his wife. Awkward, it does not look good. At the time of marriage Baladevaa brought His weapon, His plough and put it on the shoulder of the wife that pulled her down and made her look shorter than Baladeva. Baladev can do anything and everything. Nothing is impossible. If you take shelter, he will do everything. He can make his wife shorter than him by this plough.!! You see…!!. Baladevaa  regulates also . When Duryodhan had some vanity,  what happened at that time? It is explained in Mahabharat. One of the queens of Krishna is Jambavati. Jambavati’s son’s name is Samba who was very powerful. Duryodhana’s daughter’s name was Lakshana. At that time kings used to hold svayamvara. Svayamvara means bride will select her groom . Many warriors and shooters come and the bride selects her partner from them and offers him garland. That was the system of the kings and emperors. . Duryodhana had one such svayamber for his daughter, Lakhana. Sometimes the most powerful warrior may even lift the bride and run away. That was also common. And Samba went there with his chariot and lifted lakshana. All the kauravas           became very much enraged. What is this? They started fighting with Samba but the rule of fighting is that only one hero will fight with the other. And they were too many , fighting against Samba All were defeated by him. Everyone praised his valor. Oh!! very great hero. But then they all surrounded him, defeated him by illegal, unlawful fight. Samba was taken into custody with Lashing. The incident was reported to Krishna. Krishna said , “what is this? This is unlawful fight? How could four big warriors fight with one. I am going there with my own army.” He was the king. Then Baladeva , who has got affection for Duryodhan because Duryodhan is his disciple,he taught him how to fight with the clubs, said, “no! you should not go. I am going there. Baladevaa thought “ If Krishna goes He might kill him.” For that reason Baladev with other Brahmins went to Hastinapur .Duryodhana was informed that Baladeva has come to dhrtarastra .He came with all the article for puja to see and perform puja to his gurudev. Baladev said, “I have come here with order from maharaj Ugrasena. You fought illegally and unlawfully with Samba and have arrested him with Lakshana. This is not good. “Krishna did not come otherwise He would have destroyed you all.” For that reason I have come here…. This is an order from Maharaj Ugrasena. Duryodhan felt insulted and said, “Oh! Yadavas have so much vanity. By our connection with kunti devi they have got some sort of power which actually we have given. and they are ordering us? By our order they are getting everything… and they are ordering us? The shoes of the feet want to be on the head? …… they are not fit for the shoes and they are ordering me.” Baladeva became enraged and thought ………………… “you cannot control these beasts by sweet words ….. Now I have to make them weep… they are speaking against the object of my worship. He is speaking these slang words for The Supreme Lord, Oh! You have got so much vanity. Krishna is like a shoe. Krishna is like a shoe…and you are the gems.!! I will teach you a lesson. I cannot tolerate this. I shall drown whole Hastinapur with my plough.” Then Duryodhan and all others became scared, knelt before Baladevaa and prayed, “oh! Baladev oh! Baladev trahi! trahi ! Baladeva. Resue us!. Rescue us!. You are the lord of all lords. We have committed offence out of ignorance. They cried and took absolute shelter. then Krishna and Baladeva…forgave them…

 nunam nana-madonnaddhah santim necchanty asadhavah

tesam hi prasamo dandah pasunam lagudo yatha

 …………………. Baladeva governs us. He also regulates us, for He is our only shelter. He can protect us from all the evil things and He can give everything to a suddha bhakta. On this holy day, He has graced some devotees by appearing in their sanctified hearts. When there is somethings of this world like worldly desires in our heart, Krishna will not enter. If I invite you in my house and when you come over you find the door shut. Outside it says “welcome” and inside the house, all the furniture and everything is packed up. What will you do? You’ll come oh! There is no place for me to stay and you’ll return. Similarly when Krishna will come to enter into your heart..where you have got all the persons of this world, all the desires of the world … fully packed up. Krishna will say oh! I have got no place to stay. He’ll return. We have to do “gundica mandir marjan” like puri dham. We have to clear all others desires from our heart. Then Krishna will come in that sanctified heart. Krishna is gracing some devotees today. I don’t know whom he’ll grace. Alright!
